CrisisGo’s Safety iPass Wins 2021 EdTech Breakthrough Award

Prestigious Award Program Recognizes Outstanding Educational Technology Products and Companies

Safety iPass resulted from CrisisGo's COVID-19 Crowdsourcing and Safety Research Project started in early March 2020. CrisisGo's Safety iPass solution offers the most streamlined and secure way for schools to manage the full scope of their COVID-19 safety needs. Schools use Safety iPass to safely admit students, staff, and visitors into school buildings or school buses using the pre-certified digital badge to confirm that every person is safe to return. The innovative solution provides pre-certification, temperature screening, entry verification, and close contact tracing.

Additionally, students can submit tips or report incidents at school to their school's safety team through the app. Safety iPass includes:

• A daily pre-certification survey including a COVID-19 symptoms report and temperature check
• Entry validation through the CrisisGo app or pre-determined ID badges
• Safety data monitoring to initiate Close Contact Listing
• Close Contact Listing using entry badge scanning or our advanced hybrid scheduling model to determine potential exposure
