CrisisGo, Inc. ("CrisisGo") is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from users of our website located at www.crisisgo.com and any other site which displays an authorized link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Site"), mobile application ("Application"), software ("Software"), and our online services ("Services").

CrisisGo is the controller for the personal information we process, unless otherwise stated.

We have appointed Jacob Lewis as our data protection officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this Privacy Policy. User Consent

By submitting Personal Data through our Site, Application, Software, or Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

A Note to Users Outside of the United States

Your Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding the processing of Personal Data may be less protective than the laws in your country. By providing your data, you consent to such processing and transfer.

A Note about Children

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not intentionally gather personal information from visitors who are under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has submitted personal information to CrisisGo, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. Your Data Protection Rights

Under data protection laws, you have rights in relation to your Personal Data in some circumstances:

1. Right to access. You have the right to obtain from CrisisGo confirmation as to whether we process your Personal Data, and, where that is the case, access to the Personal Data and the additional information. That additional information includes details of the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data concerned and the recipients of the Personal Data.
2. Right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
3. Right to erasure. You have the right to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data without undue delay where one or more of these grounds applies: (i) the Personal Data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; (ii) you withdraw consent to consent based processing; (iii) you object to the processing under certain rules of applicable data protection law; (iv) the processing is for direct marketing purposes; (v) and the Personal Data have been unlawfully processed. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons. We will notify you when we are legally unable to comply with your request.

You have to ask us to restrict the processing of your Personal Data in the following scenarios: (i) if you want us to establish the data's accuracy; (ii) where our use of the data is unlawful but you do not want us to erase it; (iii) where you need us to hold the data even if we no longer require it as you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or (iv) you have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.

You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to a third party you have chosen, or give it to you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent

Note that we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

Types of Data We Collect

"Personal Data" means data that, by itself, allows someone to identify you as an individual, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. "Anonymous Data" means data that does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons and that is not associated with or linked to Personal Data. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.

1. Information You Provide to Us.
• We collect your username, first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, zip code, and password when you create an account to log in to our network ("Account").
• We collect any Personal Data you provide to the Services. For instance, if you include your Personal Data as the main contact information in the event of an emergency, other users in your group will be able to see your Personal Data.
• If you are an employee or independent contractor at an organization, we will collect any Personal Data your organization provides to the Service, including your first name, last name, e-mail address, and phone number.
• If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in your e-mail to us, in order to send you a reply.
• We may also collect Personal Data at other points in our Site, Application, Software, or Services that state that Personal Data is being collected.
2. Information Collected via Technology.
• Information Collected by Our Servers. To make our Site, Application, Software and Services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) may automatically collect information from your computer or device, including but not limited to:
• The date and time you log in or log out of the Application, Software, or Services;
• The date and time of your visit and the web pages and content you view and links you click on while navigating within our Services;
• Information about the type of content accessed via our Services;
• The site you visited before and after visiting our Site;
• Your Internet Protocol (IP) address (a numerical address assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider so that other computers connected to the Internet can communicate with your browser online) that can sometimes be used to derive your general geographic area;
• Search terms you enter using our Services or on a referral site;
• Unique identifiers, including non-global mobile device identification numbers;
• Information about your device such as your device type, screen size, browser type, language and other settings, memory capacity, plug-ins, Internet domain, TCP configuration parameters, operating system, carrier code, time zone and the names, versions and package IDs of software installed on your device;
• With your permission, your exact device location; and
• Information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other tracking technologies (see additional descriptions of these terms below).
• Cookies. Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing the website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site and Services.
• Pixel Tags. In addition, we use "Pixel Tags" (also referred to as clear Gifs, Web beacons, or Web bugs). Pixel Tags are tiny graphic images with a unique identifier, similar in function to Cookies, that are used to track online movements of Web users. In contrast to Cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, Pixel Tags are embedded invisibly in Web pages and e-mail messages. We may use pixel tags to collect information about your interactions with our email messages, such as the links you click on and whether you open or forward a message, the date and time of these interactions and the device you use to read emails.
• Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to "do not track" signals from web browsers.

Lawful Basis for Using Your Personal Data

We will only use your Personal Data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your Personal Data in the following circumstances:

1. General Use. In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, aid us in serving you better, and improve our Site, Application, Software, and Services. We and our authorized service providers may use your Personal Data in various ways, including to:
   • facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network;
   • identify you as a user in our system;
   • provide our Services, including without limitation, sending you emergency alerts and other messages from the groups you are subscribed to via push notifications, phone calls, e-mails and/or SMS audio and text messages and sending your location to the managers of the groups you have joined if you use the Services to send a panic or alert message;
   • provide improved administration of our Site, Software, Application, and Services;
   • measure and analyze audience traffic and improve the quality of your experience when you interact with our Site, Software, Application, and Services;
   • send you a welcome e-mail to verify ownership of the e-mail address provided when your Account was created;
   • send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as security, or support and maintenance advisories;
   • help recognize you as a previous visitor and save and remember your preferences and settings and deliver to you content relating to the groups to which you have subscribed;
   • prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service; and
   • for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.
2. Creation of Anonymous Data. We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties in our sole discretion.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data.

We disclose your Personal Data as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

1. Users. Any Personal Data you include on a public area of the Site, Application, Software, or Services will be publicly viewable by other users. For instance, if you include your Personal Data as the main contact information in the event of an emergency, other users in your group will be able to see your Personal Data. Once displayed publicly, that information can be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads your postings or what other users may do with the information that you voluntarily post, so it is very important that you do not put any data which you do not want to make available to the public in your posts. Once you have posted information publicly, while you will still be able to edit and delete it on the Services, you will not be able to edit or delete such information cached, collected, and stored elsewhere by others.
2. Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your Personal Data with third party service providers that conduct quality assurance testing, facilitate creation of accounts, provide technical support, and/or provide other services to CrisisGo.
3. Affiliates. We may share some or all of your Personal Data with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with CrisisGo (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
4. Corporate Restructuring. We may share some or all of your Personal Data in connection with or during the negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, or divestiture of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Other Disclosures. Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Data (as described below), CrisisGo may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is appropriate (a) in connection with any legal investigation or proceeding; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on CrisisGo; (c) to protect the rights, property or safety of users of our Services, the public, CrisisGo, our Affiliates, or any third party; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Service Agreement.

Third-Party Websites and Applications

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications. When you click on a link to any other website or application, you will leave our Services and go to another site or application and another entity may collect Personal Data or Anonymous Data from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites, and applications and the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to any third-party collection of your Personal Data after you click on links to such outside websites or applications. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website you visit or application you use. The links to third-party websites, applications, or locations are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content or services.

Your Choices Regarding Information

You have several choices regarding the use of information on our Services:

1. Service Communications.
• If you would like to temporarily stop receiving notifications from our Services, in the "Settings" menu of the Application and Software, you may elect to stop receiving offline messages, turn off message sounds, or turn on the "Do Not Disturb" function. You may also mute your device. While such service communications are turned off, you will not be able to access certain critical functionalities of the Services, including without limitation, the receipt of emergency messages and alerts.
• If you would like to stop receiving only e-mail notifications from our Services, you can delete your e-mail address from your account.
• If you would like to stop receiving SMS audio or text messages from our Services, you can delete your mobile phone number from your account.
2. Cookies. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to accept Cookies for any of the purposes described above, then you can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting Cookies or to prompt you before accepting a Cookie from the websites you visit. Consult your browser’s technical information. If you do not accept Cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Service or all functionality of the Services. If you have any questions about how to disable or modify Cookies, please let us know at the contact information provided above.
3. Changing or Deleting Your Personal Data. You may change any of your Personal Data in your Account by editing your Personal Data within your Account or by sending an e-mail to us at terms-privacyissues@crisisgo.com. If you are an employee of an organization, you can also request your organization to update your Personal Data. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, but please note that we may be required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may also retain your information for fraud prevention or similar purposes.

Data Security

We have implemented appropriate security measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the Personal Data risk such as Personal Data being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. Additionally, we limit access to your Personal Data to those who have a business need to know.

We have implemented appropriate procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify supervisory authority of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Data Retention

Your Personal Data that we process for any purpose or purposes will not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.
